Product Description
The ProX XC-MXM10 is a professional 10-foot unbalanced audio cable featuring a single 1/8-inch (3.5mm) TRS male mini connector and a single XLR3 male connector. It provides a convenient solution for connecting devices with a standard 3.5mm headphone or audio output to mixing consoles, powered speakers, and other professional audio equipment with an XLR female input.
Unlike a conventional stereo extension cable, the XC-MXM10 is specifically wired to combine the left and right audio channels into a single mono signal at the XLR connection. The L+R channels are combined and connected to Pin 2 of the XLR, allowing both channels from the source device to be delivered through a single XLR connection.
The cable uses 20 AWG Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) conductors for reliable signal transfer and features a 93% braided OFC copper compact shield designed to reduce unwanted noise and protect signal integrity. ProX's Complete Coil construction is designed around consistent weave tolerances for dependable performance and durability.
