The CHAUVET DJ Wash FX 2 is a versatile quad-color RGB+UV LED lighting fixture designed for mobile entertainers, DJs, event productions, clubs, parties, and other applications where colorful wash lighting and dynamic effects are needed. With 18 quad-color RGB+UV LEDs, the Wash FX 2 combines vibrant color mixing with powerful ultraviolet output for eye-catching blacklight effects.
The Wash FX 2 can function as a traditional wash light or as an exciting eye-candy effect, featuring six independent chasing zones that can create dynamic patterns and movement across the fixture. The integrated RGB+UV LED technology provides a broad range of colors while the UV output adds a psychedelic blacklight effect that works especially well with fluorescent materials.
Flexible control options make the Wash FX 2 suitable for both simple and advanced lighting setups. The fixture supports standalone operation, DMX, infrared control, and master/slave operation, with DMX modes ranging from 3 to 28 channels for different levels of control. It is also compatible with the optional CHAUVET DJ IRC-6 wireless remote for convenient wireless triggering.
The Wash FX 2 supports power linking, allowing multiple fixtures to share power and helping reduce cable clutter during setup. Up to 6 units can be power linked at 120 V or 12 units at 230 V. The fixture also fits the CHS-40 VIP Gear Bag, making it a practical choice for mobile DJs and entertainers who need compact, transport-friendly lighting equipment.
