The Traynor YCV4050 20th Anniversary Guitar Combo Amplifier celebrates two decades of one of the most iconic tube amps in Traynor’s history. First introduced in 2000, the original YCV40 quickly became a favorite among players for its tone, build quality, and reliability—earning Guitar Player Magazine’s “Editor’s Pick” in 2001. The YCV4050 continues that legacy with premium components, upgraded features, and a striking anniversary finish.
Crafted in Canada, the YCV4050 features a hand-selected 12AX7/6L6 tube configuration, a 12-Inch Celestion G12M-65 Creamback speaker, and an expanded control layout including a Master Volume and a Vintage/Modern voicing switch. These updates allow guitarists to easily move between classic blues/rock warmth and tighter, more contemporary tones. Dual channels with independent tone controls, a long Accutronics spring reverb, and all-plywood construction make it a gig-ready, studio-ready, and collector-worthy amplifier.
Finished in a unique emerald green leatherette with an oatmeal grille and classic chicken-beak knobs, the YCV4050 stands out visually just as much as it does sonically—a true anniversary edition built for discerning players.
