The Pioneer Pro Audio CM-S58T is a high-output 8-inch two-way surface mount speaker designed for commercial fixed installations requiring extended low-frequency response, powerful output, and flexible system integration. Sold as a pair, the CM-S58T supports 8-ohm low impedance operation and 70V/100V distributed audio systems, making it ideal for restaurants, retail stores, hospitality venues, houses of worship, public spaces, and covered outdoor environments.
Featuring an 8-inch low-frequency cone driver paired with a 1-inch silk dome tweeter, the CM-S58T delivers full-range performance with a frequency response of 53 Hz – 20 kHz, providing deeper bass extension compared to smaller models in the series. Its controlled 100° × 100° dispersion ensures even coverage while maintaining focused sound projection in larger spaces.
The newly engineered Vortex Bass Accelerator optimizes airflow through a ribbed bass-reflex port to reduce distortion and eliminate unwanted vibrations, delivering warm, controlled low-frequency performance.
Housed in a rugged IP54-rated polypropylene enclosure, the CM-S58T is resistant to dust and splashing water, making it suitable for indoor and select covered outdoor applications. Its modern curved cabinet design integrates seamlessly into architectural spaces.
Installation is straightforward with the included adjustable U-bracket featuring rigid notches for precise aiming. The bracket can be secured by hand and locked with an Allen key or screwdriver for added safety. Rear mounting points provide additional flexibility for alternative installation configurations.
