The Pioneer DDJ-REV1 is a powerful entry-level 2-channel DJ controller designed for artists and DJs who want an authentic battle-style layout with seamless Serato DJ Lite integration. Ideal for beginners and developing DJs, the DDJ-REV1 delivers intuitive control for mixing, scratching, sampling, and live performance straight out of the box.
Inspired by professional scratch setups, the DDJ-REV1 features a horizontal tempo slider layout, large jog wheels, and centrally placed performance pads, allowing DJs to combine effects, trigger samples, and scratch naturally. The controller includes 16 performance pads (8 per deck) with access to Hot Cue, Auto Loop, Beat Jump, Roll, Trans, Sampler, and Scratch Bank modes.
At the heart of the controller is a 2-channel mixer with a built-in sound card, featuring trim controls, 3-band EQ, Sound Color HP/LP filters, and smooth channel faders. Lever FX allow dynamic, hands-on control of Beat FX, letting DJs apply momentary bursts or lock effects in place while performing.
The DDJ-REV1 also introduces Tracking Scratch, a beginner-friendly feature that automatically returns the track to the cue point when the jog wheel is released—making scratching more accessible without interrupting your flow. For streaming DJs, the controller mixes microphone audio directly with the master output, eliminating the need for external mixers or interfaces.
