Part of the advanced SRX900 Series, this next-generation active subwoofer is engineered for scalable professional sound reinforcement applications including rental production, fixed installations, and touring musicians who demand premium output and portability.
The SRX928S houses dual JBL 2279H-1 18-inch woofers featuring Differential Drive® dual voice coil, dual gap technology. This innovative design improves heat dissipation, reduces power compression, and increases dynamic range compared to conventional single-coil designs. The result is deep, tight bass with exceptional clarity and output capability.
Built-in DSP and passively cooled Class-D amplification provide a true plug-and-play experience while maintaining consistent performance worldwide thanks to its universal power supply. A large central low-frequency port improves airflow and minimizes turbulence at high output levels. The rear-panel LCD allows complete system control, while dual Ethernet ports with Neutrik etherCON connectors support HARMAN HControl Ethernet integration for advanced system management.
Constructed from reinforced 18 mm plywood with a durable DuraFlex finish, the SRX928S is built to withstand the rigors of touring and professional deployment while delivering class-leading low-end performance.
