The Yorkville C170P Coliseum 8" Powered Installation Loudspeaker is designed for high-quality sound reinforcement in permanent installations, including retail spaces, offices, restaurants, schools, and houses of worship. As the only powered model in the Coliseum series, the C170P features a 100-watt integrated amplifier—ideal for smaller installations or as a repeater/fill speaker in larger systems.
Built with a rugged ABS plastic cabinet, this compact and lightweight speaker offers exceptional reliability and clean sound reproduction. It includes an 8" woofer and 1" Mylar dome tweeter, delivering clear highs and rich lows with a frequency response of 60 Hz – 20 kHz.
The C170P provides 1/4" TRS input and auxiliary output jacks, plus gain, tone, and master volume controls for flexible setup. A mic/line switch allows easy adaptation to various signal sources. The enclosure’s tapered design makes it suitable for tight spaces, while the included U-bracket supports secure wall or ceiling mounting. For freestanding setups, an optional C170ADAPT stand-mount adapter is sold separately.
