The Allen & Heath SQ-5 is a professional 48-channel digital mixer powered by the advanced XCVI 96kHz FPGA audio engine. Delivering pristine sound with ultra-low latency under 0.7ms, the SQ-5 is built for live performance, worship, broadcast, and studio applications.
With 16 onboard preamps, 17 motorized faders, and six fader layers, this compact console gives you complete control over large, complex mixes. Create up to 12 stereo monitor mixes plus the main LR, while Automatic Mic Mixing (AMM) ensures clarity and balance in multi-microphone setups—perfect for both seasoned engineers and volunteers.
The SQ-5 also comes loaded with 8 stereo FX engines, studio-quality processing, and dedicated FX returns. Its 32x32 USB audio interface and SQ-Drive recording allow seamless multitrack recording straight to your DAW or USB drive. Expansion-ready, the mixer includes an SLink port for remote audio/I/O and a 64-channel I/O slot for Dante, Waves, or other network audio solutions.
For ultimate flexibility, the SQ MixPad app provides remote mixing and offline editing, while the SQ4You app lets performers control their own monitor mixes from mobile devices.
